Evaluation Account Rules
01
Traders must meet specific conditions in the Evaluation Account to qualify for a Performance Account (PA Account).

Evaluation Pass Requirements
Account balance must close at or above the profit goal, without hitting the max drawdown listed for the Evaluation Account you chose.
Do not exceed the maximum drawdown limit (TDD).
Trade for a minimum of 7 days (may be reduced during promotions).

Trading Restrictions & Allowed Strategies
For Evaluation accounts, all trading strategies are essentially allowed except for program trading and abnormal trading.
Do not let someone else trade your account. Do not share your username and password.

All positions must be closed by 4:59 PM EST.
Orders attached to positions will be canceled automatically, but traders must manually cancel unfilled orders.
Early market closures (e.g., holidays) require earlier position closing.
Trading Time Restrictions
Performance Account (PA) Rules
02
unlike the Evaluation account, the PA account comes with additional rules and restrictions.

Risk Management Rules
TDD (Trailing Drawdown) applies: The trailing threshold follows account growth but locks once it reaches the Safety Net.
30% Consistency Rule: No single trading day can account for more than 30% of total profits since the last withdrawal.
DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is allowed.
5:1 Risk-Reward Ratio: Stop-Loss (SL) cannot be set more than 5 times the Take-Profit (TP).
Contract sizes should reflect a consistent trading approach, allowing flexibility to adjust based on factors such as risk, market conditions, and volatility.
* However, erratic spikes or inconsistent changes, like trading 10 contracts one day and then 2 contracts the next solely to
secure a payout, are not permitted. Adjustments made to respond to market conditions (e.g., trading fewer contracts during periods of high volatility) are acceptable.
* Adjustable Based on Strategy: As the account balance grows, contract sizes can be increased to reflect a scaling
* However, decreasing contract sizes should be done with a clear, strategic rationale and not in a manner that suggests
inconsistency.
Your total drawdown should not exceed 30% of your total profits. This rule prevents overtrading by exposing all previous earnings at risk.
* For New/Low Profit accounts, a 30% drawdown rule based on TDD applies instead.
* If profits reach twice the TDD, using 50% of the maximum contracts becomes possible.

Contract Size Adjustments
Initially, only 50% of the maximum contracts can be used.
After reaching the Safety Net, the full contract size becomes available.
30% Consistency Rule: No single trading day can account for more than 30% of total profits
since the last withdrawal.

Prohibited Trading Strategies
News trading for high-risk gains is prohibited. Holding a position during news events is allowed, but hedging is not permittedin PA accounts.
